AdMitra allows dealers to request deletion of their account and associated data at any time. We values your privacy and provide a straightforward process to remove your information from our systems.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your AdMitra account, please follow these steps:

  • 1.Send an email to: support@admitra.in
  • 2.Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”
  • 3.Include your registered phone number used in AdMitra

Our team will verify your request and process deletion within 7 business days.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Phone number used for login
  • User profile information
  • Connected Facebook Page information
  • Connected Instagram Business account information
  • Stored access tokens
  • Campaign activity logs
  • Performance analytics data associated with your account

Data That May Be Retained

We may retain limited transactional or audit records where required for:

  • Legal compliance
  • Fraud prevention
  • Dispute resolution

Such retained data will not be used for marketing purposes.
