AdMitra allows dealers to request deletion of their account and associated data at any time. We values your privacy and provide a straightforward process to remove your information from our systems.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your AdMitra account, please follow these steps:
- 1.Send an email to: support@admitra.in
- 2.Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”
- 3.Include your registered phone number used in AdMitra
Our team will verify your request and process deletion within 7 business days.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:
- •Phone number used for login
- •User profile information
- •Connected Facebook Page information
- •Connected Instagram Business account information
- •Stored access tokens
- •Campaign activity logs
- •Performance analytics data associated with your account
Data That May Be Retained
We may retain limited transactional or audit records where required for:
- •Legal compliance
- •Fraud prevention
- •Dispute resolution
Such retained data will not be used for marketing purposes.
